SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Each Sweet Revenge order is prepared especially for you. Please allow time for your order to be processed and prepared before shipment.
Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
TRACKING
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Sweet Revenge is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at store.sweetrevengela@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has begun processing.
LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at store.sweetrevengela@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
